With retail now returning to (a new) normal in the Isle of Man its encouraging to see that we have finalized a retail sale this week with Cafe Bar 26 at Derbyhaven successfully arriving at a deal to secure a sale. For us we have worked from home right through lock-down and its been all about adapting to the current climate and staying responsive to potential purchasers requirements. Most of all the following changes we have implemented in the last few months have helped us to get things across the line in challenging circumstances and are also assisting us to support new clients in speeding up response times:
